Deputies served a warrant on Myint Kyi, 34, in the Freeborn County jail, 411 S. Broadway, at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday.

1 arrested for DWI, test refusal

Police arrested Chase Anthony Garza, 21, for third-degree driving while intoxicated and test refusal after receiving a report of a possible drunken driver at 12:10 a.m. Wednesday at 2410 Larson Ave.

Vehicle rummaged through

Police received a report at 12:32 p.m. Wednesday of a vehicle that was rummaged through at 105 Hillcrest Road. Loose change was stolen.

Fraudulent charges reported

Police received a report of theft by fraud at 5:01 p.m. Wednesday at 820 Happy Trails Lane. A debit card had multiple unauthorized transactions from around the country.
