HOLMES COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – On Wednesday, Holmes County deputies arrested a Walton County woman after she led them on a pursuit.

According to deputies, they were patrolling the PDL area and attempted to stop a dirt bike without a tag.

The driver failed to stop initiating a pursuit, continuing west on Highway 90, down Highway 10-A over to Highway 183-A, and into Walton County, officials wrote. Deputies said they finally stopped the suspect identifying the driver of the bike as Jennifer Blair.

Blair was taken into custody on Coy Ellis Road in Walton County.

An inspection of the bike revealed the VIN had been ground off, investigators said.

Blair was transported to Walton County Jail and charged with fleeing and attempting to elude, reckless driving, possession of a vehicle with an altered VIN, no motorcycle endorsement, and failure to register a vehicle.
