    HATTheatre, located at 1124 Westbriar Drive in Henrico’s West End, will present “The Roommate” July 12-13 at 7:30 p.m. and July 14 at 2 p.m. What happens when a retired housewife and a woman running from her dark past end up sharing a house together? “The Roommate” will be opening on Broadway in September featuring Patti Lupone and Mia Farrow. The play is described as “The Odd Couple meets Breaking Bad.” Tickets are $30 for adults, $25 for seniors/students/military, and $20 for youth (up to age 17).     The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen will host a Maker’s Yard Sale on Saturday, July 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Attendees to the indoor event will be able to browse and buy a variety of new materials and art supplies including fabric, paper crafts, beads and jewelry-making items, books, frames, pencils, clay, soap-making molds and scents, yarn, knitting needles, blank canvases, oil pastels, paint, and much more.     Odd Balls Collectibles & Claire’s Antiques, located in the Merchants Walk Shopping Center at 7580 West Broad Street, will host a flea market on Saturday, July 13 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be 70 outdoor and 100 indoor vendors selling a variety of items including antiques, jewelry, vintage toys, furniture, comic books, clothes, decor, and more.     The Dorey Park Farmers Market will continue its evening summer concert series, Second Saturdays, on July 13 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The performer will be Justin Golden. Gates open at 6 p.m. Bring a chair or blanket. Food, beer and other drinks will be available for purchase (no outside alcohol is permitted). Admission is free.     Sierra Green and The Giants will perform at The Tin Pan, 8982 Quioccasin Road, on Sunday, July 14 at 7 p.m. Green’s roots delve deep into the rich musical soil of New Orleans’ 7th Ward, a historic breeding ground that nurtured legends such as Jelly Roll Morton, Sidney Bechet and Allen Toussaint. Her forthcoming debut album was created in collaboration with producer and guitarist J.D. Simo, celebrated for his work with icons like Beyoncé, Stevie Nicks and Jack White. The album infuses her vocals with sultry guitar, potent horns, and infectious basslines—a nod to the legends of Detroit and Memphis. Tickets are $25.
