The Grammy-winning singer Ciara opened up the 2024 ESPY Awards with her classic song ‘Goodies.’

The 38-year-old’s body looked snatched as she danced in an all-black leather outfit.

Ciara Opens The ESPY Awards With Her Hit ‘Goodies’

As Ciara walked on the dark stage, a white shadow followed on the screen behind her. After she stopped, her beloved hit ‘Goodies’ began to play. Ci’s background dancers appeared, and the stage lights transformed into vibrant shades of blue. She wore a black leather top and pants with corresponding black boots. Additionally, short leather straps fell alongside the entertainer’s hips. Ciara sang the lyrics to the classic track as she hit the dance moves from the 2004 music video. Various images of her good friend Serena Williams playing tennis were shown on a screen in the background. The audience cheered as the mom hit her “one, two-step” on stage. ‘Goodies’ eventually transitioned into her 2019 hit ‘Level Up.’ She was joined on stage by dancers of all sizes rocking tennis outfits.

ESPN previously shared a video on Instagram promoting the performance.

“I have a surprise for y’all. Look who is opening up The ESPYs,” Serena said in a selfie video.

“Hiiiii. Heeey,” Cici said, appearing from behind the tennis legend.

“We have some fun surprises up our sleeve,” Serena shared. Yes,” Ciara co-signed. The VMA winner then encouraged viewers to tune in to the sports awards show on ABC. She sang “Level up, level up…” and blew a kiss before the clip ended.
