Two guys were spotted lurking near Mayor Karen Bass’ home in the Hancock Park area on Tuesday night.

Officers with the LAPD responded around 10:15 p.m. after security guards spotted the men, according to NBC 4 .

The men were dressed in dark clothing and were behind the hedges, the outlet reported.

Police asked the men to leave as no crime was committed, according to the LAPD.

In April, 29-year-old Ephraim Matthew Hunter was arrested after police said he broke into Bass’ home while Bass and her family were inside.

In an exclusive interview with KNX News, Hunter said he had no idea it was Bass’ house that he broke into, adding that he had taken methamphetamine and thought someone was chasing him so he went into the house to hide.
