Crime Stoppers offering $6,000 reward following truck driver murder

MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – Midland Crime Stoppers is now offering a $6,000 cash reward for the first tip that leads to an arrest or case closed following the murder of a truck driver in May.

Crime Stoppers said the Midland County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the homicide of 26-year-old Austin Winn between 9 a.m. and 11a.m. on May 12 in the 10400 block of West Interstate 20. Upon arrival, deputies found the deceased male with an apparent gunshot wound lying on the ground outside his 18-wheeler.
