    Details of the program:

    • Participating justices of the peace: JP1, JP3, JP4, JP6-2 and JP7.
    • Eligible warrants: Minor offenses including but not limited to traffic violations, non-traffic violations and Class C misdemeanors.
    • How to participate: Walk-in basis. Individuals should visit the respective Justice of Peace Court on the designated dates.
    • Benefits: No fear of arrest, waiver of $50 warrant fee, potential reduction in fines and a chance of clear outstanding warrants.

“This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to promote justice and community safety. This program is designed to help individuals clear their records and avoid the consequences of having an outstanding warrant,” read the press release. “The Justices of the Peace encourage all eligible individuals to take advantage of this opportunity to resolve their warrants and move forward positively. “
