The Las Vegas Raiders are gearing up for training camp in just a few days, which means we are about to see the players put in a lot of work all the way until the new season starts. Training camp is the start of the season, because as soon as it's over, the team will go right into the preseason, and then from there, the regular season.

So, we are about to get the most content, press conferences, and looks at the players that we have gotten since the season ended. And, that means we are getting to see the players from a bigger perspective and picture.

So, we may see some guys who look completely different than they did last year, like Tyree Wilson, who has completely changed his body after working with Maxx Crosby.

There is one other player who has transformed his body as well, and he looks like a freak of nature.

With Josh Jacobs leaving for the Green Bay Packers this offseason, running back Zamir White will get the chance to show that he deserves to be a starter. And, he's making sure he is going to be in the best shape possible with such a crucial season coming up.

White posted a picture of himself on Instagram after a workout, and he is absolutely jacked. His arms are huge. He looks like his nickname - Zeus.

Now, getting bigger and stronger doesn't always mean that will translate to a better you on the field. In fact, running back is one of those positions where the biggest and strongest guy isn't always the best. Sure, you need to be in amazing shape, but there are so many other factors.

When training camp rolls around, it will be interesting to watch the dynamic between him and new Raiders running back Alexander Mattison. This training camp is going to be fun.
