Spain won Euro 2024 and became the first side to win the men’s European Championship four times.

Nico Williams and Mikel Oyarzabal were the heroes for La Roja, as they overcame England 2-1 in Berlin.

Spain took the lead less than 90 seconds into the second half through Williams, as he scored the earliest goal ever in a second half of a Euro final.

Substitute Cole Palmer equalised for England, but it was another substitute, Mikel Oyarzabal, who poked home past Jordan Pickford to seal the victory.

    Who won Euro 2024?

Spain won the 2024 European Championship in flawless style, with seven straight wins through the tournament, running out 2-1 winners over England in the final in Berlin.

Nico Williams' second-half strike fired La Roja into the lead, as he was picked out by Lamine Yamal from the right. The Athletic Bilbao forward found the far corner of Jordan Pickford's goal with an exceptional first-time shot on his weaker foot.

Cole Palmer then equalised as he came on from the bench. Jude Bellingham laid the ball off to him on the edge of the 18-yard box before the Chelsea man cooly slotted into the bottom corner.

Mikel Oyarzabal, another substitute, then put the game out of reach as he made it 2-1 with three minutes to play, and Spain went on to lift the trophy.
