Candace Parker has taken a student under her wing in retirement. She shared a picture on an Instagram post of her training Kobe Bryant 's second-youngest daughter, Bianka, as she learns how to play basketball. Parker revealed her working with Bianka is one of the several ways she has kept busy since her recent retirement from the WNBA.
Parker also shared the post on her Instagram story , pointing out how natural Bianka's footwork was. She added that she is proud of Bianka and proud to be training her, and also shouted Vanessa Bryant in her story.
"Look at the wrist loaded under the ball... On her toes... Basketball in her blood! Mini Mamba, Aunty Candace is so proud of you BB! And you too coach Vanessa Bryant."

It is fantastic to see Kobe's youngest daughter follow in her father's footsteps and learn the game of basketball. Of course, there is no saying that she will try to make it in the sport, but the fact that the love Kobe had for basketball is being passed down to his children is a wonderful sight to see.
Bianka was born just a few months after Kobe Bryant called time in his legendary career in the NBA. With Bianka turning eight years old this December, her entry into basketball could provide a great outlet or extra-curricular activity for her.
Kobe's other daughter, Natalia, has taken an interest in filmmaking , just like Kobe did in his post-NBA career. She studied film in college, and attributed her love for films to her dad, as she watched several movies with him.
It is great to see the rest of the family follow in Kobe's footsteps. While they are not obligated to do so, they are finding the same love that Kobe had for basketball and films in the years since his untimely passing.
Kobe Bryant Still Remembered And Beloved Among Basketball Community
"C'mon man, I'm in Philly, my idol, the 'Bean' Kobe Bryant, my way of idolizing Kobe, and something that meant something outside of 24 and 13. It was only right... I like the eight, the 8 looks good on me."
George is far from the only one to show Kobe Bryant this respect. Jayson Tatum also chose to wear number 10 for Team USA in honor of Bryant , who was the same number when he represented Team USA at the Olympics. Bryant was Tatum's favorite player, and he has shown him respect at every opportunity he gets.
Despite his passing in 2020, Bryant is still remembered as one of the all-time greats in the NBA and has seen several people within the NBA and basketball community show him love, respect, and admiration. Bryant may no longer be with us, but his memory will stay with us forever.
