National Anthem Singer Goes Viral After Delivering Brutal Performance in MLB Home Run Derby, Gets compared to Fergie

The MLB Home Run Derby was very highly-anticipated and it was equally as entertaining. The best part about it was its unpredictability, as Alec Bohm, the player with the worst odds to win, managed to finish in third place after a great showing.

However, while the derby itself was very entertaining, it may not have been the most entertaining part of the event. To kick off the game, 4x Grammy-nominated country singer, Ingrid Andress delivered a very memorable performance of the National Anthem. However, it was memorable for all the wrong reasons, and it even recreated a very iconic sports moment.

After the Fergie incident in the NBA's 2018 All-Star Game, it was thought that a moment like that would never be recreated. However, the unthinkable happened. That said, though the performance was not great, she doesn't deserve the amount of hate that she's receiving. She's obviously very talented, but it could've just not been her night tonight.
