The Las Vegas Raiders are a prestigious NFL franchise - one of the most prestigious of all time. They are a team that a lot of players want to play for eventually, whether it be guys who haven't even been drafted yet or guys who are already in the league.

They are one of the most respected franchises in all of sports, because of the winning ways they once had, but also their culture. And, let's not forget how innovative they have been and pioneers of certain things as well, with guys like Art Shell and Tom Flores leading the charge.

There is a well-known thing around the league that eventually everyone wants to wear silver and black. And college kids who are coming into the NFL, even though the Raiders have been in a 20-year drought, still want to play for the team.

Some of the best college players who are expected to be drafted very high next year, well, their dad, a Hall of Famer, would like for them to play for the Raiders.

“That would be nice for [Shedeur & Shilo] to play for the Raiders," Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders said at Big 12 media day. "I’m meeting with the team today. That would be nice. I'm looking around the stadium and, it's nice. It's nice around here. Great man -head coach Antonio Pierce], great leader. Earned the job, but they didn't give him anything, he earned the job. I love what he brings to the table. I don't want him to lose to the point where he has the ability to get Shedeur, let's get that straight."

The Raiders are enticing, and with what they are building, and have built thus far with Pierce, is something that Sanders would love for his two boys to be a part of. And, those two players are good, too, and would possibly fit the culture.

But, just like Sanders said, he hopes the Raiders aren't losing enough to where they can pick his son because Shedeur will be a high pick come next April.
