Jackson remembered Jack as “an open book, a fighter, genuinely the funniest person” and a talented drummer who played for artists including Rick Springfield and Ike and Tina Turner.
“He’s not in pain anymore. And we get to remember him, 6 foot 4 with a denim shirt and a Starbucks muffin, driving us around, teaching us every important song ever written,” the “Pet Sematary: Bloodlines” star continued, referencing his sister, Sarah Grace White.
“I’m wearing his shoes every day. Not a metaphor he had really cool shoes,” he concluded the post. “Big Jack White. 1954-2024. I love you dad forever.”

Sagal and Jack, who was born in Detroit but moved to Los Angeles after dropping out of high school to pursue music, were married from 1993 to 2000.
The pair welcomed Sarah, now 29, in 1994 and Jackson in 1996.
Sagal, who was previously married to another musician, Freddie Beckmeier, also has a 17-year-old daughter, Esmé, with her third husband, “Sons of Anarchy” creator Kurt Sutter, whom she wed in 2004.
