Robin Roberts and Lara Spencer Make Unexpected Revelation About George Stephanopoulos and Taylor Swift on 'Good Morning America'

It turns out George Stephanopoulos is preparing to shake it off this October.

His colleagues Lara Spencer and Robin Roberts threw the not-so-secret Swiftie under the bus this week as they chatted about all things Taylor Swift following The Tortured Poet's Department's record-breaking 12th week at number one.

The "Karma" songstress' 11th studio album may have as many weeks of headlines under its belt, but it's still the talk of the town after displacing the record formerly held by Whitney Houston for maintaining the number-one spot on the charts for 12 consecutive weeks following its release.

The trio were marveling over the achievement on the Tuesday, July 16 episode of GMA , according to Hello! , when Roberts shared that she would be heading to London soon to see Swift return to Wembley Stadium in August with her massively popular Eras Tour.

"You have to decide which era you're going to wear," Spencer told her. "We'll have to discuss!"

But, not to be singled out, Roberts turned the attention to Stephanopoulos, 63, revealing that her fellow Good Morning America personality will be another one of the many celebrities we'll have spotted at the Eras Tour by the time all is said and done this December.

It turns out Stephanopoulos has tickets to see Swift in Miami this fall, with Spencer teasing the co-anchor about his own clothing plans. "Oh, you should see George's outfit…" she hedged, and, frankly, we can't wait to see—though we already have a bit of a hint, as this won't actually be Stephanopoulos' first trip to see the Eras Tour.

The family man previously took his wife and kids to the show last May , where he rocked a bedazzled cowboy hat that featured a photo of Swift while boasting the singer's lucky number 13 on the back of one of his hands.
