Jennifer Pedranti has finally reached an agreement with the landlord of her yoga studio over outstanding rent.
According to legal documents, the Real Housewives of Orange County star, along with her ex-husband William and their business partners, agreed to pay a total of $160,026 to end the lawsuit with the Plaza El Paseo Center. The former couple will make three $25,000 payments by October 31, with the final $85,026 to follow by December 31, 2024.
The original lawsuit claimed Jennifer and her partners failed to pay the agreed-upon rent. Now that a settlement has been reached, the exes are asking the court to approve it and dismiss the case.

According to In Touch , Jennifer and her partners leased the studio in 2019, putting down an $18,000 deposit. They agreed to pay $4,651 rent for the first six months, after which the rent would increase to $9,000 for months seven through ten. Per the lease agreement, the rent would continue to rise over time.
In the RHOC Season 18 premiere, Jennifer explained that her job as a yoga instructor “doesn’t pay enough for me to cover rent.” Jennifer claimed that she only makes “$50 per class” and “Will is no longer working for the family, so neither of us was able to pay rent.”
According to the suit, “On November 1, 2023, and continuing thereafter, Defendants … failed to pay the rent obligations due and owing under the Lease in full on time.” In February 2024, the landlord served a “notice to pay or quit.” Rent payments were $9,875 a month at that time.
In addition to the rent owed, the lawsuit demanded $133,000 in damages from Jennifer, her ex, and their business partners.
Separation and divorce
In March 2023, Jennifer’s husband filed for divorce. Initially, Jennifer asked the court to award her primary custody of their five children, with William having visitation rights. But in their recent divorce settlement , the couple agreed to share joint custody of their four minor children. William will pay $4,674 per month in child support and $1,735 per month in spousal support.
Per the settlement, William will have to pay Jennifer of portion of any bonuses he receives at work. However, that amount will be reduced by Jennifer’s earnings on RHOC.
Should Jennifer remarry, the spousal support would end. She and fiancé Ryan Boyajian are currently engaged but, as far as we know, have no plans to marry anytime soon.
