According to copies of CCSO incident reports, the first individual, 51-year-old Shamont Marice Lowder of Broxton, was arrested on June 25. The report states that on June 3, a CCSO lieutenant was notified by a probation officer that she had gone to Lowder's residence for a contact visit and learned that he was working and had left the state of Georgia.

At the bottom, there's a form for the recipient to indicate their interest or lack thereof in being a placement resource, maintaining a connection with the child, or providing information about other interested family members.
