    The following people charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor in Morrison County District Court have recently been sentenced:

    Gross misdemeanors:

    • Cody Jay Blais, 23, Upsala (offense: 11/26/23) — Third-degree DWI, fined $685 and sentenced to 42 days in jail and supervised probation for four years.

    • Kole Patrick Kern, 22, Little Falls (offense: 5/23/24) — DWI, fined $685 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with sentence to serve and work release granted if approved by the sheriff and jail and supervised probation for four years.

    Misdemeanors:

    • Miranda Jean Kizewski, 27, Little Falls (offenses: 3/30/24; 11/30/23) — DWI, fined $1,010 and sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years; Disorderly conduct, fined $185 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with sentence to serve and work release granted as approved by the sheriff and jail and probation to the court for one year.

    • Douglas Daryl Shelby, 51, Golden Valley (offense: 10/28/23) — Fourth-degree DWI, fined $560 and sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

    • Tiana Brie Siltman, 35, Little Falls (offense: 10/14/23) — DWI, fined $385 and sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

    • James Gordon Wiczek, 59, Little Falls (offense: 6/15/24) — DWI, fined $410 and sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

    • Jake Albert Peck, 38, St. Cloud (offense: 6/25/23) — Careless driving, fined $485 and sentenced to 50 hours of community work service and probation to the court for one year.

    • Christopher Allen Fritz, 33, Little Falls (offense: 4/12/24) — DWI, fined $560 and sentenced to supervised probation for two years.
