‘I sprayed my neighbor with a water hose - people say she had it coming’

A man has revealed how he left this neighbor soaked with a water hose after he fired it into her upstairs apartment. The 27-year-old male took to Reddit to detail his story. He said that he lives below a woman who is around 32 years old.

The male's apartment spans two floors, starting at ground floor level. He described what his neighbor did to him which caused him to retaliate. He said: “She dumped (probably dirty) water from her balcony onto my patio. I was sitting there, drinking my coffee. The water hit my back/shoulders. I looked up and I saw her duck to hide from me. So I called out. 'Hey!'

“She said nothing but I knew she was there. I could see a little bit of her crouching. I grabbed my hose and turned it on, pointing it at her. I called her again — nothing. So I sprayed. She freaked out because her balcony door was wide open. She got up from her hiding position and started screaming at me to stop. I did (immediately).

“I told her all you had to do was answer me when I called. Why did you hide? She didn’t answer. She didn’t apologize. She called me a ‘jerk.’

“Despite it being common sense, I also checked with management - you’re not allowed to dump buckets of water from the balconies.”
