    Ty Majeski.

Through the first 14 races of the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season, Ty Majeski was winless.

That changed on Friday when Majeski proved once more that he's the short track ace of the Truck Series with a dominant victory at IRP.

Majeski took the lead from Christian Eckes with 56 laps to go and never looked back, driving to his second consecutive victory at IRP.

Eckes, who grew his regular-season points lead over Corey Heim, finished top-three for the second straight week.

Heim's 17th-place finish was caused due to a litany of issues, the most notable of which was a tire issue at the tail end of Stage One. Heim battled back to run inside the top three but fell like a rock in Stage Three.

2022 IRP winner Grant Enfinger came home third, with Tyler Ankrum and Layne Riggs rounding out the top five. Sammy Smith and Luke Fenhaus finished sixth and seventh, respectively, with Rajah Caruth, Dean Thompson and Nick Sanchez rounding out the top-10.

Tanner Gray currently holds the final provisional playoff spot by five points over Daniel Dye.

The Truck Series' next race will be the regular-season finale at Richmond on Aug. 10, with the 10-driver playoff field being set after the checkered flag falls in Virginia.
