Brittney Griner is now officially a mom.

The now 10-time WNBA All-Star welcomed a baby boy into the world with her wife, Cherelle, she said on CBS Sports’ “We Need to Talk ” on Friday.

The Griners welcomed a boy — who weighs 7 pounds, 8 ounces — on July 8.

The name of the baby boy was not revealed.

Griner is set to represent Team USA and then in the Paris Olympics, which begins next week.

This weekend, Griner is in Phoenix — where she’s played her entire WNBA career — for the league’s All-Star weekend.

For the big game, which will be at 8:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, the WNBA All-Stars will be taking on Griner and Team USA in an impressive showcase.

In the first edition of the encounter, Team WNBA defeated Team USA, 93-83, in 2021.

Griner, who has started all 15 of her appearances this season, is averaging 18.6 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game with the Mercury.
