Expect a few showers and storms this Saturday

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – It will be another hot and humid day in the Lowcountry, but be prepared to see some rainfall as the day progresses.

Meteorologist Grace Lowe forecasts scattered showers throughout the day, starting after noon or 1 p.m., and heavy downfalls later in the evening.

We’re looking at highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s, according to Storm Team 2.

Lowe says, “The ‘feels like’ temperature may not reach triple digits today for the first time in a very long time.”

We can expect to see heavier rainfall and possible storms around 9 p.m. going into overnight, Storm Team 2 says.
