LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Quiet weather continues across Mid-Michigan this weekend as we continue to see seasonable temperatures and a little humid every day.

Saturday is the pick of the weekend with temperatures warming into the low 80s with dew points increasing into the low 60s adding just a smidge of humidity to the air today. Skies remain mostly sunny with just a few fair weather clouds sticking around and making our sky appear a little hazy or milky at times. Tonight temperatures remain in the 60s with mostly clear skies. With dew points and temperatures being in the 60s, there is a slight chance for some patchy fog tonight into early Sunday morning.

A weak cold front moves in for our Sunday bringing with it mostly dry conditions however there is a chance for an isolated shower or storm. I think that the majority of Mid-Michigan stays dry while areas to our north see the best opportunity for showers. Temperatures for our Sunday remain in the low 80s with dew points inching into the 60s so we will feel a bit more sticky than today.

We continue to see the chance for isolated showers and storms into the upcoming work week. Temperatures remain in the low to mid-80s with dew points into the mid to upper 60s. While both Monday and Tuesday look to remain dry, there is a chance for a pop-up shower or thunderstorm mainly in the afternoon and evening hours for both days. Wednesday looks to be the best chance to see widespread showers and storms as a low-pressure system works its way into the Great Lakes Region. Some of these storms could be on the stronger side.

As always, with heat and thunderstorms in the forecast make sure to stay hydrated and have multiple ways to receive weather alerts throughout the rest of the weekend and into the week ahead!
