WNBA fans have finally made it to Saturday, which means the highly-anticipated All-Star Game is taking place later this evening.

Among the many reasons fans are excited is that rookie Caitlin Clark is playing on Team WNBA, who is facing the Team USA squad that will be headed off to the Paris 2024 Olympics next week.

Given that both teams boast the world's best female basketball players, the game is sure to excite.

Friday night was when the WNBA All-Star Skills Competition, the Three-Point Contest, and a 3-on-3 exhibition game between Team USA's Olympics squad and an under-23 team featuring top college players occurred.

But one interaction between Clark and Aces star A'ja Wilson stole the show.

Clark and Wilson were sitting next to one another courtside during Friday's events. Moments before the 3 on 3 competition began, Clark, Aliyah Boston, and Wilson struck up a conversation about how the under-23 team was about to fare against the 3 on 3 Team USA Olympic squad.

"They are gonna get destroyed, it's gonna be awesome," Clark can be heard saying about the under-23 team.

For what it's worth, the under-23 didn't get destroyed. They lost to the 3 on 3 Olympics squad 19-16.
