Gwyneth Paltrow shares rare snap with kids as she admits her biggest fear for them

Gwyneth Paltrow has admitted her biggest worry is that her children might follow in her anxious footsteps .

The 51-year-old Sliding Doors actress - who shares daughter Apple, 20, and son Moses, 18, with her ex-husband Chris Martin - revealed her fears during a recent Instagram Q&A session . Gwyneth also took the opportunity to post a new picture of her with her kids.

In the snap, Gwyneth stood in the middle of Apple and Moses as she smiled for the camera. The actress wrapped her arms around her kids and pulled them both in close.

When a fan questioned her about the "trait you love most and one you worry most about with your kids", Gwyneth shared in a video reply: "I think my kids both really know themselves very well and that's a trait about them that I both love and admire."

She then revealed: "And I guess one I worry about for both of them is anxiety. This is, as we know, the anxious generation." She concluded: "So that's probably what I worry about."

On being asked by a user to share the "last photo with Moses, Gwyneth posted a delightful picture of herself being towered over by her two kids under the sun, with her daughter to her right and son to her left. Fully prepped for summer, Apple was pictured flaunting a red and white gingham outfit, posing with her hand on her hip.

Moses was seen wearing a maroon polo shirt and tan pants. Gwyneth opted for a light blue top paired with white bottoms. She was previously married to Chris Martin.

The actress and singer announced their separation in 2014, famously referring to it as "consciously uncoupling", before finalizing their divorce two years later. She is now happily married to her second husband, TV producer and writer Brad Falchuk, 53, whom she wed in 2018.
