At +4 overall and eight shots off the lead heading into Sunday's final round, Jason Day may already be too far out of contention to win his second major at the 152nd Open Championship.

With that said, though, the 2015 PGA Champion continues to turn heads in the golf world with some incredible major championship fits. On Saturday, during wet and windy conditions from Royal Troon, Day's attire got fans talking once again.

Sporting new Malbon Golf rain gear, Day's third-round outfit generated tons of reactions from the golf community.

"Jason Day appears dressed for a mountain expedition at The Open," NUCLR Golf posted on X.

This isn't the first time the Australian golfer has gone viral in 2024 for his major championship attire.

Earlier this year at The Masters, Day made headlines after reportedly being instructed to remove a 'busy' Malbon Golf sweater by executives at Augusta National.

Then, during June's U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2, Day got fans talking again after wearing these blue golf shoes during his second round.

Here's what the golf community had to say about Day's third-round fit at the 2024 Open Championship.

We can't wait to see what Day and Malbon Golf have in mind for Sunday's final round.
