Anonymous WNBA GM's Eight-Word Admission About Caitlin Clark Says it All

Caitlin Clark is a rookie sensation with an overwhelmingly-bright future ahead of her in the WNBA.

The Indiana Fever's No. 1 overall pick has already shattered several all-time league records at the halfway point of her debut season. And on Saturday night, she'll take the court in her first career All-Star Game.

The Fever are lucky to have Clark on their roster as she continues to grow into one of the league's best players. And it's fair to assume every other WNBA team would love to enlist her services.

"I would trade my whole team for her," an anonymous WNBA general manager told Ben Pickman and Mike Vorkunov of The Athletic.

"Partly because our owner would do it to sell tickets," the GM continued. "But on top of that, that's such a great piece to start to build around. She's (like Diana) Taurasi coming out, and look what Taurasi's done."

Clark and the 2024 WNBA All-Star Team will tipoff against Team USA in a highly-anticipated matchup at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
