Ludwig got in trouble for stealing YouTube Play Button from Mr. Beast’s biggest video before auction

Ludwig made a major mistake on the set of Mr. Beast 's latest challenge.

While he didn't win, he did take home a trophy from the 50 YouTubers fight for $1,000,000 video. Ludwig snatched up JaidenAnimations' play button. However, it wasn't the real one, just a replica constructed as a result of a deal Mr. Beast made with YouTube .

He planend to donate it to CDawGVA’s annual charity auction, but ended up being blocked as the YouTube deal restricted the faux play buttons from being sold which Ludwig didn't know at the time. He said during The Yard podcast: “I didn’t realize their deal with YouTube, so I just stole Jaiden’s because I thought it would be funny. The day the video comes out, I told my chat that I got the play button and I’m going to sell it at Connor’s auction.

“And then, my phone blew up. I’m gone the whole day, then I come back and it’s MrBeast’s team. Apparently, they signed a legal contract stating that you can’t sell it. Now, I can’t auction it off [at CDawgVA’s charity auction.]”

Thankfully, Jaiden, who won the Mr. Beast challenge, donated her own play button to the auction which sold for $20,200. Plus, in another charitable move, she is using her $1,000,000 winnings to send some of her subscribers to art school.

Other massive bids included a gaming session with Pokimane which was snatched for over $30,000 and Ranboo's $18,000 bid on Hatsune Miku car. Between bids and donations, CDawgVA raised over $500,000 for the Immune Deficiency Foundation.

As for the Mr. Beast video, fans still loved watching it, despite the drama. In fact, they sort of lived for the drama as Ludwig continued to be at the center of it. He made an accusation that the entire contest might have been rigged for Logan Paul .

While both he and Logan lost, Ludwig clocked some clues that didn't quite add up about how Logan played the game. He pointed out that, from the beginning, Logan appeared to have an advantage, including knowledge about the events ahead of time. Of course, as Ludwig pointed out, it was only all speculation and Logan even denied it.
