Love Island USA fans skip through same couple's scenes as they ask 'where is the sexual tension?'

Love Island fans are definitely not team Nicole and Kendall .

They're finding it hard to enjoy scenes between the pair as they "don’t feel the chemistry with Nicole and Kendall like where is the sexual tension," according to one fan on X . Now, with the finale upon us, they aren't even bothering to give the couple any attention as they've decided to fast forward thanks to the power of streaming.

"This episode is gonna be so good bc I can just skip past Kendall and Nicole and watch ppl I like," one fan wrote. Another said that this is there norm, writing: "I skip all the nicole and kendall scenes im sorry."

With a lengthy two hour finale, some fans were looking for ways to parse it down a bit and this gave them a great excuse. "Not this finale being two hours… let me skip all these Kendall & Nicole scenes," said one. Another added: "This episode is gonna be so good bc I can just skip past Kendall and Nicole and watch ppl I like."

A fan sent a 'thank you' to the producers, writing: "Good on them for making nicole and kendall’s date first so i can skip."

For those who chose to skip, Kendall and Nicole did have a bit of a chemistry mix up, after all. They found out in a difficult moment that they actually weren't on the same page.

Kendall professed his feelings: "You make me comfortable. You make me feel loved. You make me feel chosen. Like, I'm legit straight falling in love with you. Nicole, I love you. I realized I fell in love with you when you came back from Casa and I literally never had these feelings every in my whole life. And when I see you I just continue to fall for you."

However, Nicole had a lengthy response about why she couldn't bring herself to say the words back. She ranted: "Sorry. I wasn't expecting that. I feel like I definitely have a lot of love for you. And I think the fact that I even have those feelings is crazy. Saying stuff like that scares me, I think because I've been burned so bad in the past, but just know it's not that I don't feel that way. I just don't want -- I want to have my big one, too."

Later in the episode, Kendall was worried that he scared Nicole away by being so forward. He pulled Nicole aside for a candid moment where he said that he didn't want to put any pressure on her to spill the "I love you" line.

However, it seemed like Nicole actually had a change of heart by the end of the finale. She confessed that she really did love Kendall. "You've given me so much respect, understanding, honest, and you've been open about how you feel since the jump. Now, it's my turn to do the same. You are truly my favorite person." she said, adding: "I'm in love with you, Kendall.
