Caitlin Clark is used to scoring in bunches — after all, she's the NCAA's all-time leading scorer, and Clark currently ranks 13th in the WNBA in scoring as a rookie.

Clark and fellow rookie sensation Angel Reese's WNBA All-Star team knocked off a more mature and accomplished Team USA 117-109 in the league's All-Star Game Wednesday, a game that saw Clark play the point guard position with impeccable timing and success.

After the game, Clark shared her thoughts on what was a tough shooting night but a great passing night.

The former Iowa Hawkeyes star shot 2 of 9 from the field including 0 of 7 on three-pointers, finishing with just four points on the night.

"I just love passing the basketball," Clark said about her performance.

"I love to push the pace, I want to make people run, and honestly sometimes it almost works better when the other team scores," she said.

"They take a breath for a second, but I want to get the ball and go."
