Man found dead at intersection of Vaucluse Rd. & Senn St., in Aiken Co.

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – Around 5:44 am Monday morning, an Aiken County Deputy patrolling in the area of Vaucluse Road and Senn Street, saw a vehicle on the side of the roadway.

While investigating the vehicle, the deputy located a deceased white male victim with a gunshot to the body laying in the wood line.

The Aiken County Coroner’s Office is assisting with this investigating.

There is no suspect description at this time.

This is an on-going investigation and information will be released as it becomes available.
