San Francisco Giants pitcher Blake Snell.

Coming off a 2-1 day in strikeout props on Friday, we're looking to keep the momentum rolling into the new week. Let's get off to a strong start with our three favorite K props for Monday's MLB slate.

Tanner Houck over 5.5 Ks (-122 FanDuel )

Red Sox at Rockies, 8:40 p.m. ET

This is a perfect matchup for Houck to rack up some Ks. The Boston Red Sox right-hander ranks in the middle of the pack in strikeout rate (23.5 percent) and whiff rate (22.8 percent), but he's in the 85th percentile in chase rate (32.3 percent) this season. Now he gets to face a Colorado Rockies lineup that ranks 29th in MLB in chase rate and dead last in chase contact rate. The Rockies have the highest strikeout rate (30.8 percent) in baseball since returning from the All-Star break.

Yilber Diaz under 3.5 Ks (-113 FD )

Diamondbacks at Royals, 8:10 p.m. ET

This is a brutal matchup for Diaz in his third career MLB start. The Arizona Diamondbacks rookie has recorded only seven strikeouts in his first 12.0 innings, and the Kansas City Royals have the stingiest lineup in MLB right now. The Royals have the lowest strikeout rate in baseball this month (16.3 percent). They also have the third-lowest whiff rate and the third-highest zone contact rate this season.

Blake Snell over 6.5 Ks (+118 FD )

Giants at Dodgers, 10:10 p.m. ET

Snell's nightmare start to the season included a 9.51 ERA and two stints on the injured list through his first six appearances, but he's finally starting to look like the pitcher who won the NL Cy Young award last year. Since returning from his latest groin injury, Snell has given up only two hits in 12.0 innings of work. He struck out eight batters and didn't give up a run in his most recent start against the red-hot Minnesota Twins. Snell has an impressive 34.5 percent K rate in his career against current Dodgers hitters, and he should have close to a full workload coming off eight days of rest.
