Jordan Brand is adding its seminal sneaker to its lineup for the Paris Olympics.

The Air Jordan 1 High “Gold Medal” will release with a black and gold color scheme in August. Using the color blocking form the original “Bred” colorway , metallic gold leather replaces red on the toe cap, Swoosh, heel and strap. Black leather is then used for the rest of the upper, while a white midsole sits atop a gold outsole. A gold Jumpman keychain will be included, and the box features a special gold-on-gold look.

Jordan Brand has a robust offering for the Summer Olympics, including a white suede Air Jordan 6 with select gold accents. The Air Jordan 6 “Olympics” in Team USA colors from 2000 will also make its return as it has every four years since 2012 , and the grey suede Air Jordan 4 “Paris Olympics” releasing this week has drawn comparisons to Kaws’ collaboration from 2017, which can now fetch more than $2,500 on the resale market.

Another Air Jordan 1 High with gold accents released earlier this year, as the “Metallic Gold” edition brought back the OG white and gold colorway.

On Tuesday, the newest edition of the Air Jordan series will launch Tuesday with the Air Jordan 39 , which bears a more minimalist look than has been seen in some time and is the first basketball sneaker to feature ZoomX foam and Air Zoom cushioning at full length.

The Air Jordan 1 High “Gold Medal” will release August 10 through the Snkrs app and select third-party retailers. Full family sizing will be available, with men’s priced at $180.
