    Travis Scott Announces South America & Australia Legs of Circus Maximus Tour: ‘Let’s Get It’

    Travis Scott is delivering on his plans for a global trek with his Circus Maximus Tour. The Houston native announced plans for the South American and Australian legs of his tour on Monday (July 22), which will keep La Flame on the road through Halloween.

    “SOUTH AMERICA AND AUSTRALIA WHAT ARE WE DOING. IVE BEEEN WANTED TO BRING A ACTUAL TOUR THERE FOREVER. NOW LETS GET IT,” he wrote in an announcement shared on Instagram Monday.

    The South America trek kicks off on Sept. 7 in Chile with stops in Argentina, Brazil and Colombia, along with trips to Mexico and Puerto Rico. Scott will return to the U.S. for one show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Oct. 9.

    “NEW YORK I WANTED TO DO THIS VENUE DURING THE FIRST LEG. BUT FOOTBALL SEASON HAD IT TIED UP,” he added in another post . “I HAD TO MAKE SURE WE SPIN THE BLOCK. NEW YORK HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE PLACE FOR ME WHEN I PERFORM IT LETS ME KNOW THE REAL METRIC OF THE RAGE. CANT WAITTTTTT FOR ONE NIGHT IN NEW YORK.”

    He then heads to Australia for three shows across the continent, and wraps everything up on Oct. 31 with a show in New Zealand.

    Pre-sale tickets for the Latin America dates are slated to go on sale on July 24 (general admission July 25), which can be accessed with the pre-sale password UTOPIA. MetLife Stadium pre-sale tickets hit Ticketmaster on July 24 at 10 a.m. ET (general admission July 26). Australia/New Zealand fans will have their chance for pre-sale options on July 29 while the general public goes ahead on Aug. 2.

    The “Sicko Mode” rapper is currently trekking across Europe as part of the Circus Maximus Tour, which has upcoming dates in Italy, Germany, Spain and more. The first 11 dates of the U.K./European leg have grossed nearly $27 million with 270,000 attendees, according to Live Nation.

    Utopia was released on July 28, 2023, and the album debuted atop the Billboard 200 with 496,000 album units sold in the first week. He set out on a North American tour to close out 2023, which included 44 sold-out stops.
