Interstate 275 in Clermont County is now cleared after a crash blocked all northbound traffic Tuesday morning, the Ohio Department of Transportation said.

The northbound lanes were shut down beyond the Ohio 28 exit in Miami Township, however, officials reported in a post on X (formerly Twitter). At 7:15 a.m., the department's real-time traffic map showed traffic backed up to the Milford Parkway exit.

A southbound pickup truck went through the center median barrier cable and struck three vehicles in the northbound lanes, causing multiple people to be sent to local hospitals, officials told Enquirer media partner Fox19 .

Just before noon, the department said the crash had been clear but drivers should continue to expect delays.
