Liverpool have confirmed their 28-man squad for their pre-season tour of the United States.
It's a summer of transition for Liverpool following Jurgen Klopp's emotional exit, with Arne Slot set to oversee his debut campaign as Reds head coach in 2024/25.
The Reds have already got some minutes under their belts in the 1-0 defeat to Championship outfit Preston North End in a behind-closed-doors friendly on Friday, but their preparations for the new campaign will ramp up on Tuesday when they travel to America for their pre-season tour.
The US tour will give new boss Slot an opportunity to give fans a glimpse of what he has to offer in terms of style of play and preferred formation.
The Reds will play Real Betis on Saturday and Arsenal on August 1 in Philadelphia before meeting fierce rivals Manchester United in South Carolina on August 4.
A mixture of young players, fringe men and experienced first-team stars will be involved, with some of those who played in this summer's international tournaments set to join up later into the tour.
Alisson, Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Alexis Mac Allister, Cody Gakpo, Ryan Gravenberch, Diogo Jota, Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz all are still enjoying extended breaks following their involvement at the Euros and the Copa America.
However, the likes of Dominik Szoboszlai, Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson, Curtis Jones, Wataru Endo and Harvey Elliott have all made the flight to the US this week.
Among the rising young guns making the trip are Ben Doak, Trey Nyoni, Luke Chambers, and Amara Nallo. They will be joined by a host of first-team regulars, including Jarell Quansah, Kostas Tsimikas, Conor Bradley, Stefan Bajcetic, James McConnell, and Kaide Gordon.
However, not all players will be making the trip. Young talents Jayden Danns and Bobby Clark have been sidelined due to injuries, while goalkeeper Fabian Mrozek will also miss out.
