    2 indicted on 14 offenses related to drug trafficking: TCSU

    DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Two people are facing charges after search warrants were executed in March.

    According to the Tactical Crime Suppression Unit, the Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Justyn Yahle and Krystal Connelly on July 19 on 14 offenses related to drug trafficking.

    Search warrants were reportedly served at both business and residential locations in March.

    During the warrant executions, more than 1.7 pounds of cocaine, a “bulk amount” of LSD and psilocin mushrooms were allegedly located. Firearms, money and a vehicle were taken from the property as a part of the investigation, according to TCSU.

    TCSU said both individuals were indicted on the following charges:

    • Trafficking cocaine (Felony of the 1st degree, with a firearm specification)
    • Possession of cocaine (Felony of the 1st degree, with a firearm specification)
    • Aggravated trafficking in drugs (Felony of the 2nd degree, bulk amount, in the vicinity of a juvenile)
    • Possession of criminal tools
    • Endangering children

    Warrants for both individuals were issued upon the indictment.
