Maine Coon Cat's Gorgeous Patterned Kittens Look 'Like She Ran Out of Ink'

A Maine Coon cat breeder has been sharing videos of what her kittens are looking like as they grow and it's pretty remarkable at how different each of these little kittens look.

The kittens were born five weeks ago and she recently posted a video that shows how different each of their color patterns look, almost like their orange mama ran out of ink with each kitten being born. Just look at how precious they all are, from darkest color of fur to lightest!

The adorable video, posted by the TikTok account for @ Wildmane_mainecoons , has everyone falling in love with these different orange babies. One person said, "Perfect … I’ll take all 3." Another added, "They're like calico critters!" They do look like the little Calico Critter toys! Someone else said, "There was no ink enough for the second and the third!"

They are all completely adorable. One really wild thing about Maine Coons is that give these kittens a week and they will look totally different. Maine Coon cats grow until they are about four years old , and regular cats stop growing after a year.

Maine Coons Come In So Many Different Colors

I think we can all agree that it's always better to adopt, and not to shop, but it's also difficult to find Maine Coon cats at shelters. Sure, it does happen, but not very often.

If you, like me, have fallen in love with these giant dog-like cats, whenever you see videos of the different colors they come in it always makes you want another one! Even though I firmly believe that orange cats are the best cats , I can't help but swoon when I see a smoke Maine Coon or a black or silver one. Typical Maine Coon colors are brown tabby, black, white, blue, and cream. Smoke is considered one of the rarest Maine Coon colors , and these cats almost look blue in certain lights.

I will take one of each please! It's funny because my cat, Meatball, came from the same litter as my sister's cat . They are twins and even shared a placenta. The wild thing is they look pretty different, and Meatball is a bit darker than his brother Spaghetti. They are also different in the face a bit, with Spaghetti looking less derpy than Meatball does.

I have my one Maine Coon and two rescue cats, an orange male Tabby and a female Calico. I really do think a black Maine Coon would round out my collection nicely!
