    Domestic assault suspect arrested in Cleveland County after hiding in attic

    CLEVELAND COUNTY (KFOR) — The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office, along with U.S. Marshals, arrested a man wanted for domestic assault on Tuesday.

    According to a social media post by the CCSO, authorities arrested 29-year-old Richard Lenhart III on a felony warrant at a residence in Cleveland County.

    Authorities say Lenhart hid in the attic of the home when they arrived, but was quickly convinced to surrender without incident.

    Lenhart faces one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in addition to two counts of domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.
