Joining Northwest in 2009 as a counselor for the CTE and Academic departments, Dr. Rush has held pivotal roles such as Director of Evening Programs at DeSoto Center and District Director of the Beverly Brewer Stark Career Center. In November 2019, she transitioned into the role of Associate Vice President of Student Services and Enrollment Management. Throughout her tenure, she has also served as an adjunct instructor at the college.
