Ouachita Parish authorities seize nearly 26 pounds of narcotics, almost 30 firearms during Warrant Round-Up

WEST MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 10 AM, The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office held a press conference to discuss a Warrant Round-Up that was conducted on July 15, 2024, and July 16, 2024. During the press conference, authorities confirmed that the following items were seized during the round-up:

• 511 grams of synthetic marijuana
• 1,109 grams of cocaine
• 35 grams of crack cocaine
• Marijuana plants
• 23 THC vapes
• 28 packages of THC edibles
• 5 bottles of THC liquid bottles
• 29 firearms (3 stolen)
• 9,341 grams of marijuana
• 202 prescription pills
• 287 grams of methamphetamine
• Powder fentanyl
• Fentanyl pills
• PCP
• 455 grams of mushrooms
• 6 packages of mushroom edibles

According to authorities, approximately 99 arrests were made during the round-up.
