Timothée Chalamet launched into song during the first teaser trailer for his upcoming Bob Dylan biopic 'A Complete Unknown' and fans are all saying the same thing.

The first official clip from the highly anticipated biopic showcases Timothée passionately belting Dylan's famous emotional chart-topping song, A Hard Rain’s a-Gonna Fall. The upcoming biographical drama film directed by James Mangold is based on the 2015 book Dylan Goes Electric! by Elijah Wald. The film follows Dylan’s years growing up in New York , his inspiring rise to fame, and the folk singer’s controversial decision to go electric in 1965.

And as fans got a first sneak peek at the upcoming movie , viewers all said the same thing as they all were blown away by Timothée's incredible dedication to looking and sounding the part. And not only did Timothée take on a complete vocal and physical transformation for the role, but he studied Dylan all the way down to his facial expressions and on-stage mannerisms which shined through during his first performance.

After watching the clip fans took to the YouTube comments of the newly dropped trailer raving over Timothée's incredible depiction of one of the best singer-songwriters in history. One fan wrote: "Judging by the facial expressions while singing I can tell Timothée has put on the work, that along with the cinematography and a trailer that is not too flashy makes me think we're in for a treat!"

And another added: "YES. As a huge Dylan fan this seems bang on. From the mannerisms playing live, the nervous energy, to the voice (which is so hard to pull off). I was afraid of this, but now I'm absolutely buzzing." While another noted: "At 00.56 that look of almost annoyance as he's singing. Dylan does that too." And someone else noticed: "The way he blinks while singing is so Bob, I'm thrilled."

Back in March, fans got a first look at Timothée dressed as Dylan as many thought he looked like the spitting image of the famous American singer while on set in New York City where he originally grew up. And while Timothée learned how to play guitar for his famous role in Call Me By Your Name, the French-American actor revealed that he had even more singing and acting lessons to take on the legendary artist.

During an interview with GQ , Timothée shared that he had been prepping for the role with help from the same team that coached Austin Butler for his role as Elvis. He said: “I've basically been working with his entire Elvis team for my Dylan prep.” The 28-year-old actor admitted that after watching the moving biopic about the King of Rock N Roll, he knew he had to bring the same energy and dedication to Dylan. He told the news outlet: "I just saw the way he committed to it all - and realized I needed to step it up.”
