Photos show the person entering the Union County Judicial Center last week and removing approximately 50 separate public notices of upcoming foreclosures and auctions without authorization.

The documents must be posted publicly and left in place for residents to view. Their unauthorized removal will disrupt the mandated posting periods and require a substantial expenditure of court resources to rectify, officials say.

If you know this person, you are urged to contact the Union County Sheriff’s Office at 704-283-3789 or submit a tip through the Union County Sheriff’s Office app.
