The Dallas Cowboys are opening up training camp this week in Oxnard, California with major question marks surrounding two of the team's biggest stars - quarterback Dak Prescott and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.

Both players are set to enter the final year of their current deals in 2024, and while the two are taking slightly different approaches to their contract negotiations, it's clear Prescott and Lamb are seeking new deals.

According to a recent report from NFL Network's Jane Slater, however, it seems little to no progress has been made as it pertains to new contracts for the two Dallas stars.

"Still 'all quiet' as it relates to Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb’s contracts per a source informed. #Cowboys ," Slater posted on X on Wednesday.

Prescott and Lamb have been one of the more formidable QB-WR duos over the past few NFL seasons.

Since 2021, Lamb has tallied 4,210 receiving yards in 50 games played - the fourth-most among all NFL receivers during that stretch.

Prescott, meanwhile, ranks No. 6 among NFL quarterbacks in terms of most passing yards thrown (11,859) throughout that same timeframe.

Lamb is expected to continue holding out of training camp while he seeks a new deal with Dallas. Prescott, on the other hand, recently arrived at camp while as his agent continues handling contract negotiations.

The Cowboys will open the 2024 NFL season on the road in Week 1 against the Cleveland Browns.
