User @daisy_travels posted a video that has garnered 937,800 views as of Thursday morning explaining that she ordered a “penne pomodoro” on an EasyJet flight.

EasyJet issued an apology in a statement to Newsweek , saying, “We are sorry this customer was disappointed with their meal and we will pass this feedback onto our inflight retail supplier.”
