    Man could face 5 years in prison for road rage incident in Anne Arundel County, police say

    ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — A Baltimore County man was arrested Wednesday evening after an alleged road rage incident that took place in Anne Arundel County.

    Reginald Johnson, 37, was charged with felony assault, use of a gun in commission of a felony and other related charges, Maryland State Police (MSP) said.

    MSP troopers identified Johnson as the suspect after a complaint was made, claiming that Johnson took out a red handgun in the middle of a roadway dispute on I-97 near I-895 on July 17.

    On Wednesday, troopers found and seized a loaded gun from the car Johnson was driving.

    Johnson was arrested and held at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center without bond.

    MSP said he could face a five-year prison sentence, if convicted.
