Elkhart County, Ind. — The Indiana State Police (ISP) is on the lookout for a new Regional Dispatcher to join their team at the Toll Road Dispatch Center, located at 52422 C.R. 17. This role is crucial for managing the dispatch needs across the Toll Road and the Bremen District, which includes Elkhart, St. Joseph, Marshall, and Kosciusko counties.

The primary duties for this position involve receiving and recording information, then accurately dispatching it to law enforcement personnel and other support services using advanced systems such as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL), and Geographic Information System (GIS).

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and be able to work in a confined space for extended periods. The starting salary for the role is $47,320 annually, with potential adjustments based on education, experience, and training.
