Jokes Pour In As Snoop Dogg Performs Historic Act at 2024 Summer Olympics

Snoop Dogg made history this week, being one of the latest Olympic torch carriers for the USA ahead of the start of the 2024 Summer Olympics on Friday.

The Grammy-nominated rapper will provide commentary as a special correspondent throughout the Olympic games this year, and he strolled through the streets of Paris on Friday carrying the torch.

Of course, the United States' favorite uncle added some flair to his celebration, crip-walking through the streets with a torch that eerily resembled a marijuana joint. After pictures and videos of the walk surfaced on social media, a lot of sports fans had jokes to make.

One of the best jokes to come in was about Olympic sprinter Sha'Carri Richardson, who was banned from the 2021 Olympic Games for a positive marijuana test. The fact that the torch slightly resembles a joint brought her into the conversation.
