    KSP: Anderson County man indicted following crash that killed passenger

    LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — An Anderson County man has been indicted for murder after an investigation by the Kentucky State Police Department (KSP).

    According to law enforcement, an Anderson County Grand Jury indicted 23-year-old Wilby Ward from Anderson County on Monday.

    The indictment came after an investigation into a deadly crash on November 10, 2023, on Bonds Mill Road in Anderson County, per KSP.

    Authorities said Ward was driving a vehicle while allegedly under the influence of alcohol when he crashed. Ward’s passenger, 23-year-old Allison Brock, was reportedly killed in the crash.

    Ward was lodged in the Franklin County Detention Center. His bond was set for $500,000.
