After one of the busiest off-seasons in NFL history, the new season is quickly approaching. You may need a refresher on where some of the biggest stars in the sport are calling home this year before forming your 2024 Fantasy football rankings. The top two running backs over the last three years on a per-season average have new teams. Austin Ekeler, playing for the Commanders this season after being with the Chargers, was the top-scoring running back in Fantasy football over the last three years. He's followed by Derrick Henry, who is joining the Ravens after playing for Tennessee. How should these new homes affect how you view them in the 2024 Fantasy football RB rankings?

Whether you're hunting for a 2024 Fantasy football top 150 you can trust or position-specific 2024 Fantasy football rankings that can help you identify potential 2024 Fantasy football breakouts, sleepers, and busts, be sure to see what the 2024 Fantasy Football Draft Bible at SportsLine has to say .

    Top 2024 Fantasy football picks

The Fantasy football draft bible features 2024 Fantasy football breakouts, including:

Marquise Brown, WR, Kansas City Chiefs: Brown had respectable seasons over his first five NFL years with at least 500 yards, but he only recorded one 1,000-yard year with the Ravens and Cardinals. The Chiefs were already lacking playmakers around Mahomes and Travis Kelce, and with Rashee Rice facing a possible suspension stemming from his role in a multi-vehicle crash in Dallas this offseason, Brown could have a large target share from Week 1.

"Brown was ninth on our breakout list last year as the WR35 in Arizona, where he received a WR1 volume of targets early in the year while the team awaited Kyler Murray's return but couldn't do enough with them to deliver a breakout performance," White told SportsLine. "He's back much higher on our list this year after landing in a much better situation in Kansas City, where he won't be relied upon as much to carry the load of the offense while also getting to catch passes from potentially the best quarterback in NFL history by the time Patrick Mahomes calls it a career.

James Cook, RB, Buffalo Bills: The Bills have the second-most vacated targets from last year in large part to losing Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. Cook proved last season he can be relied on as a pass-catcher out of the backfield and Josh Allen may utilize that comfortable option even more this year. Cook has the second-most receptions and targets behind tight end Dalton Kincaid among returning players and Cook dominated the backfield production with 1,122 rushing yards last year.

"The great thing about Cook is that he seemed to be the featured weapon in the offense once Joe Brady took over as OC, with his best Fantasy performances coming late in the year," White told SportsLine. Get the full Fantasy football draft guide over at SportsLine .
