Josue Garriga III, 34, faces a mandatory penalty of 10 years to life in federal prison and must register as a sex offender. A sentencing date has not been set.

At this time the company takes it upon themselves through the bosses using the HR department to eliminate people from their job as if it were a temp agency. This in fact is not true Someone was recently fired and the reasoning for this was because of attendance first, in which it could be proven different with doctors papers provided, ten it was disturbance on the work line. This also is arguable due to the numbers in production not fluctuating into the negative during this period. There were other employees pulled to the side and told they cannot talk, they are there to work instead. These things are just tactics in order to have people leave their place of business if they don't want them there. which is why they came up with the "review" idea so they can weed out the people they don't want. If you notice the employees, the majority of them are related within the shingara family. This happened to my GF who is a shingara and is dealing with the county bullshit along side of myself. In the near future there will be an investigation into this place of work and the people responsible will be held accountable.
